  <description>Ok so my liquid diet didnt work out too well, i just NEED the sensation of chewing something. Dammit. However ive managed only 410 cals so far today (its 6:30 now) and id like to say under 600 plus excersise. Ive been pretty much just sun bathing all day i love having a tan, it makes me feel (slightly) thinner.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I NEED TO TRY HARDER!!!!!</description>

  <description>ARRRRRGGGGG!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Im having a tough couple of days cause ive got my period and im totally pigging out and not excersising AT ALL. Dammit. Ive only got exactly 1 week til i go on holiday. FAT FAT FAT.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I need to get back on track, 600 cals and 1 hr excersise tomorow.</description>

  <description>Calorie Count for Friday 26th May&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fruit Salad -130&lt;br /&gt;Half bowl tomato and basil soup -103&lt;br /&gt;6 crackers - 60&lt;br /&gt;Honey and mustard Chicken w/salad -15&lt;br /&gt;2 packets salt n vinegar crisps - 151 each&lt;br /&gt;1 handful of honey nut shreddies - 190&lt;br /&gt;1 handful of Haribo - 50&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;TOTAL= 889!!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Today im staying under 600. Definatly.</description>

  <description>Calorie Count for Thursday 25th May.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 bowl crunchy nut shredded wheat =230&lt;br /&gt;1 pack trans-forma-snack =40&lt;br /&gt;half a bowl tomato and basil soup =103&lt;br /&gt;1 pack trans-forma-snack =40&lt;br /&gt;Chili, rice broad beans, peas (family meal no way out) =300?&lt;br /&gt;Pinapple ice lolly =53&lt;br /&gt;2 slices of toast =80 each!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;WAY WAY WAY TOO MUCH!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;TOTAL= 716 cals.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Im having way less today!&lt;br /&gt;Only 130 so far.</description>
