Ok so my liquid diet didnt work out too well, i just NEED the sensation of chewing something. Dammit. However ive managed only 410 cals so far today (its 6:30 now) and id like to say under 600 plus excersise. Ive been pretty much just sun bathing all day i love having a tan, it makes me feel (slightly) thinner.


I NEED TO TRY HARDER!!!!!

ARRRRRGGGGG!

Im having a tough couple of days cause ive got my period and im totally pigging out and not excersising AT ALL. Dammit. Ive only got exactly 1 week til i go on holiday. FAT FAT FAT.

I need to get back on track, 600 cals and 1 hr excersise tomorow.

Honey and mustard Chicken w/salad -15
2 packets salt n vinegar crisps - 151 each
1 handful of honey nut shreddies - 190
1 handful of Haribo - 50

TOTAL= 889!!!!

Today im staying under 600. Definatly.

1 pack trans-forma-snack =40
half a bowl tomato and basil soup =103
1 pack trans-forma-snack =40
Chili, rice broad beans, peas (family meal no way out) =300?
Pinapple ice lolly =53
2 slices of toast =80 each!!

WAY WAY WAY TOO MUCH!!

TOTAL= 716 cals.

Im having way less today!
Only 130 so far.
